Delivery & Returns
Thank you for your order. Once placed we aim to process all orders within 24hours. You will then receive a confirmation email with shipping information.
If for some reason you don’t receive the confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days – as long as we have available stock. If your order is placed and we don’t have stock, we will contact you with an estimated date to fulfil your order by. Most of our products are stocked items throughout the year so we can fulfil orders quickly.
We use DPD for all mainland UK deliveries. You will receive a text message from DPD notifying you when to expect your delivery. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are possible but charges will vary.

We have a network of international couriers offering favourable shipping rates around the world. Delivery times vary but for example a shipment to America (East or West coast) takes 12 working days.
We do expect that not all customers are satisfied with their order and therefore expect returns within 5 working days from receipt of delivery. In these cases the customer is responsible to return the product to our warehouse address below – in the original packaging and condition they received the product.
